After submitting your request: We will send a verification email to your registered email address within 2 business days to confirm your identity. You must reply to this verification email within 7 business days to finalize your deletion request; failure to do so will result in the request being cancelled.

Your account, game progress, virtual items, and all associated data will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered. We will send a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
